Interim C-Level Director of Information Technology for Beltone New England during the search for an on-staff candidate. Brought BNE up to the day's high tech standards by overseeing upgrades and implementing state-of-the-art technology which included workstation and server upgrades and in the process was awarded the distinguished "Design and Engineering Award" from the International Consumer Electronics Association for the first Bluetooth in-ear hearing aid. While serving as Interim Director, led the search for the new full-time staff I.T. Director, a C-Level position. The new hire was directly supervised and trained prior to the ultimate transition.
